Note: all of these topics are defined in our Terms&Conditions which clarify and details these statements in case of ambiguity.
Credit Spread
With an annual or bi-annual plan, you get all your credits and Link Crawl Budget with your signup.
So when you have months with more business than others, you might as well use half or all of your credits in one month only!
You can float your allowance with your work load, instead of having "strong" and "weak" months in your usage and all the FOMO related to that. We call this the credit spread.
Can I use all my Link Crawl Budget at once?
Yes, as mentioned under "Credit Spread" with with an annual or bi-annual plan, you get all your Link Crawl Budget with your signup.
So when you have months with more business than others, you might as well use half or all of your Link Crawl Budget in one month only.
What happens to unused Link Crawl Budget?
If you don't use up all the Link Crawl Budget in the billing period, it will be reset, i.e. be lost. This is like with a mobile phone providers data allowance resetting every month or so. So in general all allowances mentioned above are allocated resources per billing period and cannot be taken over to the next billing period.
I have a domain that exceeds the Link Crawl Budget for my plan. Do I have to upgrade?
No, you can just buy more Link Crawl Budget with an add-on. Note however, that the most cost-effective way is an upgrade to a bigger plan if you need more on an ongoing basis.
Is LRT Subscription only one time payment?
All LRT subscription plans use recurring billing. You will be automatically charged for the new Subcription period until it is canceled by you.
Where can I see that my subscription is recurring?
There are several notes at signing up.
Do I get notification before my subscription is renewing?
There is no notification of Auto-renewal at any time.
Where can I see when my subscription is going to renew?
Select Account on top of the page to see renewal date of your membership.
Why is my credit card charged 7 days before renewal of my subscription?
Our billing system reserves the amount for the next cycling period 7 days before the actual payment day to ensure your account can continue seamlessly at the rebilling date and to make sure it's still
valid and avoid disruption later. Some credit card providers show this reservation as charge.
At what time is my subscription going to renew?
The recurring billing will take place based on the time zone of the Provider.
How can I cancel my subscription when I paid with credit card, debit card or direct debit?
For security reasons, a phone call to the Provider is not sufficient to cancel Client account or subscription. To cancel your subscription select Account and click Cancel.
Note: Your account isn't canceled till you receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you don't receive the email please check your spam folder, otherwise contact our Support team.
How can I cancel my subscription when I paid with PayPal?
For security reasons, a phone call to the Provider is not sufficient to cancel Client account or subscription. To cancel your subscription select Account and click Cancel.
You'll be redirected to Paypal. Login to your Paypal account and your PayPal LRT subscription will appear. Click Cancel to cancel your reccuring payments to LRT.
How can I cancel my subscription when I paid via invoice?
You need to send us a cancellation notice in writing as defined in our terms.
I have canceled my subscription. Do I still have access to my data?
You have access to the Site and Service until the end of your subscription term. If your account stays inactive for more then 7 days all your reports, taggings etc. will be deleted.
I have canceled my subscription. Do I get a refund for the remaining subscription period?
If you choose to cancel the your account during the Subscription Period, there will be no refund in whole or in part.
I forgot to cancel my subscription. Do I get a refund?
Due you are solely responsible for canceling your subscription refunds cannot be given at any time.
I made a PayPal dispute/credit card charge-back. Do i still have access to my account?
In case of a PayPal dispute or credit card charge-back all your data will be deleted immediately.
I've purchased a Trial account. Do I have to wait 7 days to use the export and boost functionality?
If you don't want to wait 7 days to use the export and boost functionality please contact our Support team. They will guide you how to upgrade to the full plan and refund the Trial.
I've purchased a Trial account and forgot to cancel in time. Now I was charged for the full plan. Do I get refund?
Due you are solely responsible for canceling your subscription refunds cannot be given at any time.
I've purchased a plan which is to small for me. What shall I do?
If you've purchased a wrong please contact our Support team immediately. They will guide you how to upgrade to the right plan instantly and refund the smaller plan.
I forgot to enter VAT at subscription. Now I got an invoice with tax. How can I change to reverse charge invoice?

I want change my payment method. How can I do that?
